After writing few posts a while back I decided that I wanted to start over and I deleted them all. Since then I have been trying to figure out what I want to do with my domain. I have decided to make it an online journal. What a novel idea right? Well I have known for sometime that while I have great discipline in many areas of my life there are others that could use some public accountability, consequently I will be putting those areas of my life out on display.

While I will from time to time have posts on markets, economics, policy, politics, etc. most will be concerning goals that I have. In another internet first I am going to track my fat ass as I try and get in shape. No one has ever done this but hey I am a maverick. If anything follows the plan I will share different goals and my plans to achieve them here as well as just sharing the adventure that is my life.

So what is my first goal? I will be posting at least three times a week. Now these posts won’t all be challenging Shakespeare for literary excellence like this one but they should have something worthwhile, if only to me, in each one.
